Property Manager -- Edmonton area -- Status: Open
(Please note: this is not a resident manager / building manager position.) Posted July 23, 2010
Come join our Team at our Edmonton location at 6718 - 75 Street (Argyll Avenue and 75 Street). The Property Manager will be responsible for approximately ten condominium projects in the greater Edmonton area (portfolio includes properties in Leduc and Beaumont), so reliable transportation is required.
The ideal Property Manager will:
1.) Possess a current real estate license and possibly have done business related studies;
2.) have at least 1 to 3 years direct experience working with Condo Boards, i.e. Board meetings, AGMs, contracts, maintenance and document administration;
3.) possess mature & courteous interpersonal skills demonstrating an affinity for working within a Team of professionals committed to a positive resolution process and the delivery of excellent service;
4.) have a natural affinity to administrative detail and accuracy;
5.) possess a thorough follow-up system when resolving issues;
6.) have excellent spelling, grammar and writing skills;
7.) have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office;
8.) be willing to administer a portfolio as well as assist in new business development;
9.) have an informed and professional delivery & appearance when dealing with the Condominium Boards;
10.) have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to condominium projects in Edmonton and surrounding communities (Leduc, Beaumont, etc) for monthly daytime and evening meetings.
11.) communicate in an effective manner with the Broker, management and fellow staff;
